Also called sensitive switch, micro switch is a fast speed switch triggered by pressing. Its principle of operation is that the force is on the operating spring by the external mechanical force through the drive components (pin, button, lever and trolley). When the energy is accumulated to the limit point, it will lead to an instant movement, so that the movable contact at the end of the operating spring connects or disconnects with the fixed contact. When the force on the drive component is removed, the operating spring will have a backward operating force. When the backward stroke comes to the operating limit of the spring, the backward movement can be completed instantly. The contact of micro switch is characterized by small distance, short operating stroke, small pressing force and rapid connection or disconnection. With pin type as the basic one, the micro switch also has the small-stroke type with button, large-stroke type with button, super-large-stroke type with button, trolley button type, spring trolley type, lever trolley type, short-arm type and long-arm type.
